The thermopile has a durable body structure and high sensitivity, providing safety and energy savings. It measures 0.4 x 0.3 x 0.1 inches and has a length of 36 inches, with a rating of 750 mV. The wire material is glass fiber wrapping line with a metal aluminum envelope, making it highly temperature-resistant.
The 36" thermopile generator is a thermopile pilot generator with a 2-lead connection type and a 1/4" CCT LP gas pilot burner assembly. The replacement part may differ in appearance but is a functional equivalent to prior parts, maintaining the durable body structure and high sensitivity.
Suitable for various gas appliances, such as gas ovens, gas grills, gas boilers, and gas water heaters, the thermopile has an internal resistance (at 25°C) ranging from 1,500 mΩ to 4,500 mΩ, depending on the specifications and length. The normal working temperature is 700-750°C.
The package includes 1 x thermopile thermocouple, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and easy to use, with a fine workmanship and long service life. It is suitable for various brands of millivolt-controlled gas fryers, such as IMPERIAL ELITE, FRYMASTER, BLUE SEAL, DEAN, and PITCO, as well as the Italian FAGE gas pizza oven.
The product features a thread size of 7/16", a probe length of approximately 65mm, a probe diameter of approximately 9mm, and a total length of approximately 900mm. The connection leads are 2-wire forked terminals to be connected to the gas valve, with a voltage of 750mV.
